| Our troughs are built of 14 ga. 304 stainless
steel, 100% welded for durability and functionality. The sumps have
perforated baskets and a 5" collar for plumbing connections. Grates are
constructed of 3/16" x 1" 304 stainless steel flat stock with
solid 1/2" diameter stringers welded through flat stock. Stock sizes
are 36"x12", 48"x12", 36" x 24", and our new
12"
x 12", however we gladly build custom sizes. |

A new option is
the "Slip
Fit" trough. This trough comes with an adapter that allows
the installer to simply slip the trough drain over standard 4" drain
line with no hassle. A specialized rubber sleeve insures a watertight seal.
Another option is the Security Grate. The grates in this trough are secured
to the trough body with security screws. This is a popular option for jails
and prisons where disgruntled inmates might use the grate to mindlessly maim
guards or other inmates. |
