QUOTES- ORDERS- SUBMITTAL DRAWINGS
 
When sending us a request for quotation, we need the following standard information. Lack of this information can greatly affect quotation prices. Lack of requested information can void the quotation prices. 
 

  1. The date the bid must be back to you.

  2. The estimated date you will require delivery or price protection.

  3. All the information possible pertaining to the bid, floor plan, specifications, elevations, sketches, etc.

  4. If possible, the architect and consultant for the job and their address or phone numbers.

  5. Your name, address and contact information.

 
SHOP DRAWINGS are sent after the receipt of the itemized purchase order. Normally, we will send four (4) copies of the drawings unless you designate the number required on the purchase order. One complete set of shop drawings must be returned, signed, and approved prior to fabrication. Please read all notes; these are questions that we need answers for in order to fabricate correctly. 
 
Where we have written "Verify" by a dimension or highlight, this means that we want you to confirm the dimension by either writing "ok" beside it or by marking through it and writing the correct dimension. THIS IS CRITICAL, as many times, we have no other way of knowing where you want something located.
 
Engineering of job is non-cancelable. A 10% fee will be levied if job is cancelled after engineering is complete. 
 
Please order jobs as soon as possible. It makes it much easier for everyone when maximum time can be allowed for fabrication. Custom manufacturing takes much longer than standard buyout items. Many buyout items have a four to six weeks lead time -- we request a four week time for fabrication. That is manufacturing time, which does not include the time involved in making shop drawings, sending them to you, approval of drawings, and sending the drawings back to Nutrionics. 
 
We are proud of our abilities to respond to your emergency delivery situations, but early ordering and approval of prints prevents many normal jobs from becoming "critical" delivery situations. 
 
PLEASE NOTE: All Change Orders are to be verified in writing to Nutrionics, Inc. A phone charge will be noted and acknowledged, and if conditions warrant, the job will be put on hold; no changes will take effect until written confirmation is received. Nutrionics accepts no liability if up changes are required to make modifications if changes are made after the order is introduced into production.
