NUTRIONICS, INC., warrants to the original buyer, consistent with terms and conditions, all equipment of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of original installation of the equipment but not to exceed eighteen (18) months after date of shipment from factory. This warranty does not apply to those parts purchased by Seller and placed on said equipment, as these parts are warranted by their respective manufacturers. Under this warranty, NUTRIONICS, INC., agrees to repair or replace, without cost, at its option, and F.O.B. factory, that part of any of its products which becomes defective within the terms of the warranty, provided that such defect (s) shall be disclosed properly to Seller, and further provided that said defective item is returned to Seller prepaid, if return in necessary. This alteration, abuse, misuse, or improper installation. Seller does not assume responsibility for any expenses such as labor, etc., incurred in the field incidental to the repair or replacement of this equipment unless authorized in writing by Seller in advance of such repair or replacement.

The warranty contained herein supersedes and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Nutrionics, Inc., neither assumes nor authorizes any person or entity to assume for it any other liability in connection with the manufacture, sale, or use of the products.
